  Good simple hotel. Our room was recently refinished and included some nice photographic artwork on the walls. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast options were adequate but the service layout in the smallish dining space was a little awkward.

  A great location at a great price on a wonderful city. Thanks for making affordable vacations easier, financially. Rooms are nothing amazing but clean and a friendly staff. Excellent choice if you're in Estes for the outdoors and need a friendly, relatively affordable place to lay your head. Recent WiFi update is much appreciated.

  We stayed in the Jack 1 condo for four nights and it was great . The condo is massive, every room is spacious, including the private balcony that has amazing views of Estes Park and the mountains beyond. The decor was slightly different from the listings photos but was at an equivalent standard. The condo was clean had everything we needed for our stay. We were relieved to find that the condo does have air conditioning even though this is not explicitly mentioned in the listing. A few minor points that could be improved upon: it would be nice if all the light bulbs worked, some of the light switches are concealed behind the curtains and not easily found and the cushions on the balcony furniture have seen better days. We used the pool and hot tub one afternoon both were well maintained, clean and set at a great temperature. Mitch on the front desk was particularly welcoming and helpful. All considered we got great value for money and would use again.

  Great place just east of Estes Park. They take pets for $10/night. The king-sized bed is a bit soft. Everything is clean and works. No dead bolts on doors but they can't be jimmied with a credit card. Air conditioning. Staff is very friendly. This is our second time here. Both times we got #227. It's great for night visits outside for the dog and nice view. Very nice heated pool and hot tub. Child resistant gate to pool and tub.

  Nice rooms... very smartly done. By smart I mean they have spent little on renovations but have tackled the most impactful things... so kudos for that. Very well lit rooms... regular fridge microwave... a big nice window from which we could see the mountains... very close to the Estes lake!!
  Will stay there again!
