This place is adorable! Taste test of juices and lots a variety of popcorn and candies. A little overpriced but I get it ... it’s a tourist area.
We enjoyed yummy lattés and treats from the coffee shop as well as excellent service from Ramsey and Dusan!
Then on to the Stanley Hotel tour that was fun and very interesting.
We highly recommend both.
Russ & Suzie
from Mn.
We stopped here once on the way up to RMNP and then loved it so much we came back on the way back down!
We got several souvenirs (flavored whipped honey, elk jerky—just ok, locally made cherry wine— just ok, Vidalia onion peach hot sauce—so good, and various other things). Great stop to grab a few things to take back home to your loved ones!
The cherry wine, I thought was just ok.
We loved the cherry cider and peach cider! Blackberry had a bit of an aftertaste IMO. Ask for samples before you buy, they are happy to let u try whatever.
We got a peach, apricot, and mango smoothie — pretty good!
Also had the bison chili which was meaty and flavorful, it comes with cheese and onions and crackers. Very good.
And the bison pot pie, which had a wonderful filling crust.
Good comfort food!
The blueberry handheld pie was a nice dessert but nothing awe inspiring.
The service and atmosphere is excellent. This is a small family owned restaurant and they care about their customers. Highly recommend a quick
Craft coffee. Homemade pies. Fast internet. They use harbinger coffee out of Fort Collins. All of their baked goods are from their lyons location. Being in the Stanley hotel makes it special. Plus they have cherry juice and lovely products that make great Colorado gifts!
