(October 15, 2018, 12:35 pm)We had a wonderful 3 day stay. There were 3 adults and one child. We stayed in the School Marm Cottage RR3. The queen Futon was a little uncomfortable and kept having to be flipped and fluffed before each night of sleep, but other than that, the bed in the room was wonderfully comfortable. Our cabin was completely stocked right down to ice in the freezer. The sheets, pillows and blankets were fresh and soft. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked. The gas grill worked beautifully and our cabin was very cozy and warm. We also opened the windows on the warmer day with the fresh crisp air. We had fans for each room for some of us that enjoy that. We had a wonderful mini vacation, the staff was wonderful and friendly , the cabin was spotless and we will be back for many more mini-vacations in Estes and stay with Triple R. Thank you Triple R!

(June 13, 2018, 1:00 pm)AMAZING. This place is gorgeous with great views. The cabin was incredible. It was furnished very nicely had two large comfortable beds and 2 really nice futons. Staff were great and easy to work with. The cabin was clean, had everything you needed to cook in. Very nice fireplace and hot tub. Totally reccomend this place to everyone you will not be disappointed!
