I was online looking up the name of Michael's reality company, to pass onto a friend, and thought it would be nice to post a review I wrote on another website for Michael's company Home Savings Reality.
"Over the last 9 years we purchased and sold many properties, and for various reasons used many different realtors.
Hands down Michael Nicholson was the best realtor we have ever worked with. He was professional, easy to work with, and extremely competent going that extra mile for us every step of the way. He helped us do a 1031 exchange, finding us exactly what we wanted saving us thousands of dollars with his flat fee service. There are very few times in life where something seems to good to be true and this was definitely one of those times."
We have used Michael twice to both buy and sell our homes. Our experiences were nothing but positive from start to finish. He was accommodating, kind and patient while we tried to find a house that met all of our needs which isn’t easy in this fast paced, Colorado market. He is also very knowledgeable with his years of experience. We will definitely use his services again in the future!
I had a fantastic experience working with Michael. Absolutely no complaints. This was just as good as if I’d had to pay an agent 3%, and perhaps better, yet I didn’t. I don’t know why anyone would when Michael is available for all of your real estate needs.
