(October 26, 2019, 1:39 pm)Very thorough! I booked my appointment online after reading several reviews about folks who tried to save money and went to a bargain windshield replacement shop. I have an FJ Cruiser, and for whatever reason these windshields are slightly more complicated to replace, so couldn't do the have them come to me option. But, after seeing it up online, they had ordered all the pieces necessary to do the replacement. They also advised me that one of the molding pieces that they usually have to replace was not the same color, but they would try to save the existing one. They were successful in saving that piece! I had read online that everyone who had theirs replaced had broken. Plus, Safelite is giving me a refund for that piece that they didn't have to use! While that may be what you would expect a company to do, it's nice to have a company do that for you with out even asking. Much appreciated!

(September 21, 2019, 4:37 pm)My window got smashed in by a thief. Safelite made the repair process easy and stress free. In addition, they took the extra time to vacuum out all the glass shards from my car which I really appreciated. Would highly recommend this place :)

I am very impressed with customer service... probably the best I've ever had. The best part is that their replacement was about $50 cheaper than my dealership!

(June 26, 2019, 7:00 pm)Josh was very professional, polite and informative. He took good care of my and my windshield for chip repairs and wipers. The waiting room was comfortable with snacks and drinks available. Pamela at the front desk was also very friendly and promptly attended to me upon my arrival. I will be going to this Safelite for all of my automotive glass needs from now on. Thank you so much guys.
