Wonderful staff who know what they're doing! They're encouraging and will also be honest if something doesn't sound the best. Flexible with studio time. They made our group of non-professional musicians sound our very best. Highly recommended.

Highest praise to Chris and Josh at Chimaera Sound Studios. The entire recording, mixing, and mastering process was a dream. These men were patient, generous, professional, and very, very skilled in their trade. The recording room was comfortable and welcoming and very well thought out for instrument and vocal placement. All of the recording equipment used at Chimaera is of the highest quality, producing an amazing sound in the final masters. I'm looking forward to recording at Chimaera in the future and would highly recommend Chris and Josh to anyone looking for an incredible recording experience and mastered end product.

Chimaera Sound Studios is a fantastic place to record and master music. We couldn't have asked for a better experience - the fine recording equipment, grand piano, and skilled staff made the entire experience a complete pleasure. Our final masters far exceeded our expectations.

What a pleasure to find this gem in what might be the least suspected place. I was referred to Chimaera for the purpose of recording four songs. I assumed it would be a stereotypically small studio with a couple of nice mics and tight, cramped sound booths; a couple of guys with a little money to indulge their hobby. WRONG !!! It totally surprised me to find a fully functioning studio. NO KIDDING !!! These guys know their gig ... Chris, is low keyed and sits with a critical and talented ear. Josh, is a highly trained engineer who studied in Nashville and manages to bring the sound right "up front". He's amazing. As for the price, you'd be foolish to spend your money elsewhere. I'm used to much higher prices for much lesser work. Check this place out if you want your music and demos to be correct. They played me some bits of music that they've been editing from various projects. Stellar !

This is a fantastic studio!!! I HIGHLY recommend recording At Chimaera. The ambiance and energy is very inviting. They have an incredibly large, live room with excellent equipment. I was most impressed with the skill and knowledge of Josh & Chris. They really know their stuff! They are patient, kind and always make the artist(s) their top priority. They have an unmistakable passion for what they do and definitely put quality first. The final mix/master sounded great (Josh, you have an amazing ear) I look forward to recording there again in the near future!
