Very exciting that Eagle Rock has opened a store in Fairplay. Suggest loading up on their beef every time you pass through. We love their ribeye steaks. Try cooking them with a sous vide, then searing them on a griddle or grill. Just as good as anything you can get at big city steakhouses.

We purchased half a beef recently and just tried our favorite cut. The ribeye's are amazing! The marbling and flavor are extraordinary and they are super tender. Very pleased overall with Eagle Rock Ranch!
