Twin Rock Cabin

Quaint, adorable cabin in the mountains of Florissant. The backyard is stunning with a water fall coming down the rock formation, a fire pit, outdoor seating and privacy fence. Outside the gate you’ve got a path right up into the mountains. The rock formations are incredible! Also the owner has placed four chairs for watching the sunset atop the boulders. The interior is small but has high ceilings giving the place a cozy feel that’s not too small. There is one spacious bedroom and one spacious bathroom. In the main living area you’ve got a pullout couch and two additional love seats. There’s a full functioning kitchen with dining table and also an outdoor grill. Perfect for small families! It’s 100% worth it. Great family getaway in the beautiful Rockies.

Twin Rock Cabin in Florissant, Colorado is one of the best kept secrets. The cabin is charming and very unique. The setting with the huge rocks is breathtaking. My husband and I have stayed there twice and plan to return next year. David and Renee are great hosts. They insure that you have all that you need and that the place is spotless. You can not go wrong staying there. I give it my highest recommendation.

When you rent this place you will never want to leave. It is a beautiful cabin in a location with breathtaking scenery that can be enjoyed by sitting on the back patio being mesmerized by the soothing sounds of the waterfall or from exploring the rock formations along the paths that are on the property. The location of the cabin is remote and private but close enough to a city with all the conveniences you would need. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and backyard grill and found the cabin well stocked with the dishes, pots, pans, utensils and many basic cooking items we didn’t expect but appreciated having. The owners live nearby and were very welcoming and responsive to questions and even offered great sightseeing suggestions, as we were newcomers to the area. The pictures the owners post to advertise the cabin are beautiful, but the place is far nicer in-person. We only hope to be able to return again and again!

This is a fabulous vacation rental from top to bottom! It is on gorgeous property! The rock formations surrounding the cabin and bunkhouse are enchanting. The view from the rocks are breathtaking. We have never stayed at a vacation rental that was so clean and so well thought out with a sleep number bed, fully equipped kitchen and tastefully decorated living area with western decor. The owners, David and Renee, are accessible if need be but also allow your privacy and space. If you need anything from them, they’ve got you covered. This property also allows dogs with owners approval but if you don’t have dogs, you’d never know dogs were allowed as the cabin and bunkhouse are spotless. We recommend Twin Rock Cabin!!!
