The Insurance Center saved me $1500 on my commercial business insurance. I called for a quote and they immediately gave me one but my Agent, Joy, told me if I could be patient a day or so and lets wait because the one that trickles in last is usually the best in price; I waited and indeed she was correct. These guys answer the phone and respond to my emails. May not seem like that big of a deal but I have had some pretty long wait times where I was insured before. These guys are very responsive

I need to leave a review because I had an extremely positive experience with Safeco for a recent claim. Basically, from the time I walked into The Insurance Center to start the claim, to the time I had everything wrapped up and my vehicle repaired, my experience was extremely efficient. This was the first time I had been in an accident and I had a lot of anxiety in terms of how the process might go. I guess I am just thankful for these folks for making this process as easy as possible. Everyone was kind along the way which is not what I was expecting, for whatever reason. 5 stars. Thanks guys.
