This high-end restaurant has a down-home feel with an inviting atmosphere. The food and specialty drinks are crafted by artisans. Our lamb and Cornish game hens were cooked to perfection and, unlike so many restaurants, they were served hot. The presentation was clearly done with care and attention. They had a good selection of reasonable priced wines. The half-hour drive from Boulder to the quaint town of Erie was worth the effort.
This was well worth the drive from Boulder for dinner. The chilled soup, duck breast, and duck confit were all superb. Great service and ambiance too.
A true farm to table bistro. Bistros seem to have become the new fine dining. Specifically 24 Carrot Bistro. We've been there numerous times and have never been disappointed. I love to direct people here and always will.
We live in Denver and love to go out to eat. This might honestly be one of my favorite restaurants in the entire region. Phenomenal food (great rotating menu), excellent atmosphere, amazing service, etc. A really thoughtfully run place that seems to retain staff for years, which is always a good sign to me. Thoroughly enjoyable for all ages and personalities (and most dietary needs).
Great place with nice vibes! Service was excellent and the food was even better. Moscow mules were made perfectly and I tried the eggplant gnocchi which was fantastic. I loved all the different vegetables and textures in the dish. We’ll definitely be back!
