I came upon his website while looking for an Aero Precision upper and found his prices to be very competitive. I couldn't find any information on his company so I contacted Aero Precision directly and since they only had great things to say about him I decided to send him an email about an out of stock upper that I was looking at. He sent me an email shortly after and started working with me on the order. Since it was out of stock he recommended some alternatives, but I was willing to wait. Not only did Mark give me a discount on the upper, but because there were some complications with the manufacturer that delayed the arrival of the product, he worked with them directly to make sure I got my product promptly and in doing so had to spend some of his own money. I can't say enough good things about Mark and his company. His CS and communication is outstanding. I've been very happy working with him and now I'm in the process of purchasing a stripped lower from his website. Marks a great guy and I couldn't recommend him enough.
