  Excellent empanadas - my favorite is the ground beef! Wish there were weekend hours to get some fresh, delicious empanadas!

  I loved this local and quiet shop near the heart of old downtown Erie. The owner was very friendly and gave us an extra mushroom empanada on top of the two we already had. After our meal, we bought six frozen ones and cooked them the next day. The flavorful variety allayed my taste buds. My dad and I want to go back for their cheesecake dessert flavored one. I’m not sure how this place stays in business because there was no one there, but hopefully they make a lot of profit because they are tasty and kind to customers!
