(December 12, 2018, 4:26 pm)When I decided to sell a home that needed some work, I wanted advice from a realtor to make sure that I didn't waist money in the wrong areas. After hearing a radio add several times for the Hakimi Team, I thought I would give David a try. To my surprise, David answered the phone himself just like he said he would in his commercial. We talked about my needs and I described the house, but he said he would need to see it in person and scheduled a meeting.
After inspecting our house, David recommended specifically where and how to spend and not spend money to best prepare the property. He promised a return on my investment and top dollar for our home if I followed his advice. He also recommended affordable suppliers for cabinets and granite counter tops and even offered to go to the store with me to help pick paint colors and tile if needed. I took all his advice and started work on the project.
As time was running out for our "window of opportunity," I called David and told him things were taking longer than I had planned. He advised me where to invest my time and he went ahead and listed our house while I still had windows to finish. He assured me that this would not be a problem as long as I finish the installation before a closing. We received a full price offer in the first few days on the market.
I could not be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend David and Amanda to anyone thinking of selling or buying a home! -

He goes above and beyond to ensure you made the right purchase. Not only does he help you if you are a client but he will answer questions, do research, give you advice even when you are not his client. He knows the business, he’s knowledgeable about Homes and he really does care about people. I highly recommend David!

(January 17, 2018, 4:41 pm)We recently bought a new home and we worked with David and Amanda. They were absolutely amazing to work with. David's work ethic made all the difference in finding and buying our home. The process went really quickly and he helped us through all of our questions.
David is trustworthy, honest. He was also a lot of fun to work with and we really trusted him. He is a straight shooter and he didn't make us feel any pressure to make decisions. It was a really great experience.
They gave us great references from home inspectors to mortgage loan officers. David also went the extra mile and helped us get a new appraisal for our home we were refinancing. The appraiser upped the value after seeing the comps he pulled - our loan officer said this is very uncommon and it helped us get into the house we wanted easier. We would HIGHLY recommend their team. They are amazing!! -

(July 27, 2017, 12:12 pm)If I could give the Hakimi team more than 5 stars I would. Amanda is absolutely incredible. We had a very difficult buyer and lender when we were selling our condo, which almost prevented us from purchasing our dream home. Amanda was on the horse constantly, holding those people accountable and assisting in any way she could. Though it was incredibly stressful, she was very supportive and did whatever she possibly could to calm the nerves and make the buying and selling process successful. Her communication is astounding. I cannot thank her enough for her hard work and dedication. THANK YOU AMANDA!

David and Amanda were extremely knowledgeable about the Denver real estate market and mortgage programs of which I was unaware. David and Amanda are well connected in the community and had great recommendations for mortgage brokers and inspectors. David and Amanda were quick to respond to all quests for showing appointments, requests for information and in answering all of my questions throughout the process. I would highly recommend David and Amanda!
