I don't often give 5 stars, but this team deserves it! My sales rep Keith Timm and the arborist assistant Sara Peglau are top notch! They are knowledgable, friendly, accommodating and transparent - something you don't often find in a tree care company. More importantly, I could tell almost immediately that the team on-site to trim my trees were not just some guys in a truck with a saw. They evaluated what needed to be done and why, carefully orchestrating each cut to make sure the tree would be healthy and I the homeowner would be happy. And their clean up! Incredible - you wouldn't even know I had a tree trimmed! The Firestone team is fantastic! Give them a call!
