(March 10, 2019, 6:21 pm)Purchased a Toyota Highlander at Stapp in Jan 2019. They had a great selection on the lot and were helpful in providing information, test drives, etc. Our Sales Manager was Grant Moreno,, and we really enjoyed working with him. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, options, and he got us a great deal on a new, floor model Highlander. The purchasing process was also simple and easy to understand. We would definitely go back for future vehicle purchases, and we are loving the Highlander so far.
(February 15, 2019, 11:09 am)I got my car serviced here recently. I was really happy with the staff and the waiting arrangements. It was my car's 15k miles servicing and it went well to my understanding except for the tire pressure problem light that comes up quite so often.
Update: I received a call from the Stapp Interstate Toyota and I hope to get this problem fixed. I really appreciate them reaching out to me for my problem. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Their customer service and overall experience has been EXCELLENT!
