Alpine Ear, Nose, and Throat

I have had nothing but a great experience with Alpine. I just love Dr.Mason, he has done wonders for first my son and then myself. He listens to you he is very quick and right to the point doesn’t sugar coat anything and he just cares about you and your overall. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does. 10/10 for Dr.Mason!!

Doctors and the care professionals are always amazing at AENT. They care, they do amazing work there. The front desk staff on the other hand are not friendly, not welcoming, and not very helpful. Could be a lot better at the front of your visit when you walk in the door.

Had a really great experience here. The person that I met with (Autumn) was friendly and personable, she helped relax me a bit since I was nervous about the process. She made me very comfortable and explained everything before anything was done. The testing itself wasn't bad, it's what I was the most nervous about. Thankfully I was able to get some answers right away so I could move forward with treating my symptoms. The only unfortunate thing is the cost of the treatments. With inflation, high costs and not-the-best insurance, I cannot afford to move forward with their treatment options. I am grateful to know what to avoid though, and can do some things on my own to help with my symptoms. Overall, it was a good experience and everyone I encountered was incredibly professional and friendly. The entire process for me was just under two hours. I made my appointment online and was originally scheduled almost 2 months out. They called me several times as I was on a cancellation list and I was seen much sooner, which I appreciate!
