(July 15, 2023, 6:53 pm)Not only is this gym great but AJ the coach as well, it's a place that you will be welcomed with open arms. The practices are no joke, you will learn and get better as a fighter and get in shape fast.

(August 30, 2022, 6:32 pm)Aj and his coaches do a great job at coaching. Whether you want to train for a fight or just fitness, you will have a great workout each time! The work he does with kids is also phenomenal.

Coaches are professional and give individual attention to all participants regardless of skill level. Most importantly, coaches also focus on character building, respect for others and the importance of doing good in school! I highly recommend this club!
