  I don’t have anything to sell but I have some major kudos to share. Yesterday my husband and I stopped at the Autozone off of 47th Avenue in the corner of the Lowe’s parking lot. We were there to buy rear brake pads for our car. When we tried to leave our brakes seized up and the car wouldn’t move. The staff there is amazing! At one point or another they all helped us. But the one’s I want to acknowledge and thank for service above and beyond what most employees would do are as follows: Jerry started it all by helping my husband get the caliper bolts off and get a different size socket we didn’t have. Then came Erika, she helped us the most. She got down on the ground, got yucky and dirty and helped my husband install our brakes. She did most of the work as he has never installed rear brakes before and I’m disabled and can’t do it. There were some major problems that arose and she handled ever single one of them with grace and charm and expertise. She worked on our car until well into the night. She is facing hip surgery in a week so I know she had to be in immense pain, but she never let that stop her. Kenneth aka Santa Claus helped also for a little while when Erika needed an extra set of knowledgeable hands. Then there was Tyler who also got down on the ground and helped Erika try and get the emergency brake line off the old part and onto the new. He was also helping inside with finding the right parts for our car. The entire staff there helped in one way or another. They restored my faith in humanity and showed me there are still people who care about other people and are willing to offer help even when its not asked of them and take extra steps most people wouldn’t. I don’t like most people and call myself a misanthrope because I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with people in my life. But these people really made me realize that there is still hope and care and good in this world. I don’t know if I can truly convey how much all this meant to me and my husband but the actions of these wonderful people will be remembered by us forever. If you need auto parts, there isn’t any other place I’d recommend you to go to. They are the best in Greeley and in Colorado. Service like this is very rare and too amazing for me not to share this rare gem with others.

  5 star service! I came here to return my caliper cores ordered online. The computer system was giving troubles and the employees were patient, friendly and got the job done! The Greeley mall location said these core returns were "impossible"... This is the AutoZone to go to and has my business!
