(November 14, 2015, 11:17 am)Abby has worked with me for about 3 years. She has been a very good help to me and I look forward to my 3x-weekly workouts even though I don't really enjoy exercise. She is very knowledgeable and caring, and watches carefully for good form. She mixes up the exercises and makes a point of getting feedback about how it's going, so she can make appropriate adjustments. The location is spacious, with enough equipment to give the needed variety. Abby's demeanor is always pleasant, with a sense of humor and the kind of involvement that helps you try a little harder.
