I spoke to Tracey, the owner on the phone about a Motorhome I was interested in but needed work. Not only did he drive to the dealership but inspected the damage and gave me lots of advice on the repairs needed and the costs involved. Having him there gave me a huge level of comfort in making my decision. Ultimately I did not purchase the motorhome but Tracey was invaluable and it shows how he runs his business. I will buy a motorhome soon, I will have him inspect it and have him handle all the service. Thanks again Tracey

Excellent service from Tracy and his crew. Took a camper in for repair after an accident and his crew finished the inspection and even worked directly with my insurance on getting it taken care of. In the end, the camper was totaled but Elite did everything, including storing my camper, while insurance drug their feet. Tracy stayed on top of it and insurance paid out, camper was totaled and everyone ended up satisfied. Great company to work with an communication was excellent. Thanks again!

Tracy absolutely saved my Camper from freezing and possible causing even more costly issues! I encountered a problem with winterizing my camper and he came over, fixed the problem in no time which relieved worry and stress on my part. Then Tracy begin to give me valuable tips and instruction on spring camper prep.
Tracy went far beyond the call of duty.
There have been several times he has serviced problems with my camper and handled them quickly and professionally also with kindness and patience.

Amazing place. I wish I could give more stars. Tracy met me when I came in and I felt taken care of immediately. He has high energy for customer and gave me the knowledge to properly operate my RV that was having a few electrical issues. Can’t thank him enough.

We had a new WDH installed by a local RV dealer and had concerns that it wasn’t installed correctly. We were referred to Elite Trailer Repair by a neighbor who swears by them. They were able to squeeze us in on short notice and made the appropriate adjustments for us. They also patiently spent the time to walk us through the setup and function of both the hitch and our new brake controller. Super helpful! They’re in a convenient location right off of I-25 at the Mead exit. We’re happy to have found them and will definitely be contacting them the next time we have our trailer serviced.
