“I absolutely love this coffee shop and tea house. I love both tea and coffee and this is the best of both worlds. Plenty of vegan milk alternatives to choose from. The Beekkeeper is definitely going to be a daily splurge anytime I'm in town. The staff is super friendly and helpful, which was nice being as I wasn't from the area. It's a busy but steady little place, not too long of a wait. If you like your coffee a little stronger like me, the medium size comes with 3 shots already which is awesome.”

“After a hike at the Cheyenne Canyon area, we stopped in here on a whim. What a lucky choice! Everyone in my family had a sandwich, but everything there looked delicious. My husband and I couldn't decide, so we swapped half a sandwich. My husband and son got the turkey and bacon club and I got the Italian chicken sandwich. The club was really good, with light bread that was nicely toasted. I got the superstar with the Italian sandwich. Grilled chicken, pesto, roasted red peppers on a perfect ciabatta roll. I will dream of this sandwich! If I didn't love my husband so much, I would have regretted swapping out half. :) My husband and I swapped out the side of chips for a side salad and that was a great addition as well. A fantastic lunch!”

“Great place to grab a bite to eat and a drink if you are going to ride the Royal Gorge train. You order inside and sit in an outside dining area. We ordered drinks, alcoholiic and nonalcoholic, crepes, and ice cream. The drinks and food items were amazing. Only complaint was there was only one employee that was making drinks and desserts. He was amazing but overwhelmed with how many order he had to make. Consequently, the wait was quite long. Also, please fix the air conditioning in the caboose so your employees and work more comfortably.”

If you're working out of this Starbucks for a while, they'll bring you water and ensure you stay hydrated (in addition to doing their service with a friendly smile). Folks here are really nice and they deserve a good review at the very least.
