I dealt with two employees at the Mobile counter. Both were as nice as could be and really tried to help me with my phones' problems. Unfortunately, neither was able to resolve the issues through no fault of their own.
My biggest concern was that it was quite a trek from the store entrance to the Mobile kiosk. This is difficult when I'm using a cane and my husband is using a wheelchair.
It would also have been helpful if the name of my mobile carrier's name had been displayed somewhere. Other carriers were listed on signs, but not mine. At first I didn't think I was in the right place.
