  Dylan, the picture frame mgr, made the best of a bad situation where they put a hole in our painting. I was expecting something unpleasant, but he went out of his way to make it right.

  Michaels has the honor of being the last art supply store in the immediate area. That said, it is more of a craft store than a place for a professional artist to stock up. Good for beginners and when you need something that just cant wait.

  The new store is fantastic. The old store was not. The manager before was a mean, old, grump that didn’t honor the sales that the company put out. The new place seems to have younger, fresher, happier, people that seem to enjoy their job and genuinely like working there. The new layout is airy, spacious, and clean. I’m all about this Michael’s store.

  I visit Michaels Store weekly. They are loaded with art & craft items from A to Z. I have happily found the staff to be knowledgeable, courteous & friendly.
  My reason for 4 stars? Prices can be quite high on some products. If you get on their mailing list, every single day there is a 40% off coupon. Additionally a 40% off coupon is attached to every register receipt. Make sure to always read the small print.
