I went in for the first time today and had the PB&J shake. It was delicious! The owners were both there and full of knowledge/guidance. I'll be back to grab some pre-made meals and snacks.

Erik is awesome and knows his stuff. He has very affordable products and is always down to talk to you for as long as you need. He even ships so if you can't make it he'll send it to you. He has different products than the big chains, and he's a local business which I always try to support. He never pressures you into anything, and he sells the best tasting egg protein I've ever had.

Erik is knowledgeable and friendly! Large assortment of products and can get most anything you're looking for in nutrition supplementation. Good place! Clean!
