Truly eye opening! Instead of being so critical of myself, I wanted to dive deeply into self-care. I have so much gratitude for what hypnosis helped me to see in order to release the weight and be more relaxed and confident in my body.

Her voice is soothing and calm and immediately takes you to that place where magic happens. We did an Imagery journey to help me push through some fear of success blocks and to get clarity on which direction I need to take my business. Her techniques ushered me right through the process of unlocking buried treasure and connecting with my inner wisdom which revealed the next steps in my journey. I am so happy I got the chance to work with Susana. She is truly a rock star hypnotherapist.
