Lacrosse Unlimited of Danbury-CT

Sale item was clearly listed with discount percentage and this was reiterated by the sales associate. Item purchased was more than the advertised sale price. When asked about this price, the cashier made up some excuse about outdated holiday pricing and refused to do a price adjustment. If that is the case, then this price should not be advertised and promoted by the sale associate. Had no choice in purchasing this since I could not find in other stores.

Update: A refund for the difference was issued. Thank you for the prompt response and your assistance in this matter.

Been going to this store for many years and always have been impressed with the service. Nick really helped us today adjusting and restringing the head of a stick we got done at the beginning of the season. He was very knowledgeable and willing to help. Thank you Nick!!

Went in with my son 15 minutes before closing and needing everything. The manager Nick was awesome and did not rush us . Helped with fitting and gave us great advice . I highly recommend them . I will return soon . Thank you so much .

Wow, Nick and the other associate were super helpful, sized our little guy, were so personable and helpful, provided a smooth transaction and even gave some tips! ... they made spending the money easier! Hahaha great place. I’m sure I’ll be returning from time to time as we outgrow equipment!
