After having an issue with my front rotors and brakes, I spoke to Al and he immediately reviewed the car and noticed that the parts were defective. After a conversation, he stated that the rotors needed to be replaced free of charge, which was great to hear. In this day in age where negative reviews are all people post, I must say this is probably one of the best customer experiences I've ever had involving this type of work.
