Had such a pleasant experience. Dr was great. First to give me a thorough eye exam. Debbie is a rockstar. First pair of glasses didn’t fit quite right. She exhausted every possible option and found me the right pair. She got me an even exchange and can’t explain how incredible my experience was.

I was referred by a friend. Making the appointment online was an easy process. Debbie assisted with picking out my glasses. She is the most courteous and patient representative at this location!!! I was also pleased with the GM’s (Kirchner (sp) customer service skills. Will definitely return.

I don't have much to say about the doctor since it was my first time and he kept letting me know that my eye sight is not that bad even though I used to have perfect vision and it's getting worse. However, Chris, the manager, was SO reassuring and phenomenal at what he does. It is truly a pleasure to receive his help and his compassion when it comes to my eye sight health. Thank you so much for all that you do; You made my experience at MyEyeDr. so pleasant. I appreciate you!

Amazing experience took my insurance which helped a little bit top quality machines excellent doctors. Definitely a new age approach with the video calling but really was clean and high-end compared to other places in the area. I did need glasses I knew that going in. They're very thorough didn't have to get my eyes dilated they use really cutting edge equipment and can tell you exactly what's going on which was refreshing. Everyone who worked there was exceptional and very professional while also being understanding and able to explain what's going on to a first time person needing glasses. So glad I made my appointment also compared to a lot of the other optometrists or eye doctors in the area they get you in within a week and your prescription and glasses another week so there's no beating it. Well done you got a customer for life!

Everyone made it a pleasant experience, especially for me, since it’s the first time I’ve been to an en eye exam in over 50 years.
