You are in the best hands possible with him. If you need to have records sent to him I suggest that you also hand carry them. I don't care which office is the world you deal with they lose things. That's just the way it is so be ready for it. It's rare that any of them ever get a fax and both offices blame the other. Hand carry backups! This practice is huge so you have to understand this. Everybody in New England is trying to get in there because they are that good.”

“I've been taking my son to this hospital. Staff - Ok, cannot say excellent though not rude so far. Doctors - Dr. Satchi is excellent but she gives less time. Only thing i would request her is to improve on timings with patients. I'd an experience with other doctor in absence of Dr. Satchi, i.e. Dr. Aparna, i didnt had good experience with Dr Aparna. She is not proactive. She will only answer, questions you asked. Even i've not heard satisfied response from her. I would highly recommend Dr Satchi but not Dr. Aparna. Location - Good Availability - Difficult. Need to book appointments in advance i.e. 3-4 weeks advance.”
