    We have used Wilder Gleason for several things over the years including town approval for a renovation permit and multiple real estate transactions. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. First and foremost, Wilder is an honest, reputable person. I felt that he really cared about what was best for my wife and me and always gave us honest, measured, experienced advice - even if he knew it wasn't what we wanted to hear. We had a very complicated real estate transaction that included a leaseback and Wilder was very patient with us and spent hours with us on the phone (although his bill was for less time than we spent with him). His advice was VERY helpful - his wisdom through years of experience is evident. At the same time he seems very efficient with the routine stuff like contract drafting and review. We will always use Wilder for all of our legal needs. He is the best!

    We were buying an old house with indoor fuel tanks and thereby thought that the underground oil tank had been dealt with. Wilder quickly ascertained from town records that no filings had been made and through his dogged insistence that we test for a tank caused the Seller to acknowledge there might be one. It was found and remediated at Seller’s expense before closing, saving us from a real time bomb. Wilder was worth every penny of his fee. V A

    I called Wilder Gleason with a complicated neighborhood land-use issue. We had tried dealing with the problem ourselves but were over our heads trying to understand our rights. Wilder was recommended as the most knowledgeable attorney in this very complicated field. He met with me very quickly, listened carefully, sorted out the facts and gave us options which helped us keep peace with our neighbors while still protecting our property from infringement. He knows the zoning regulations and intricacies in many of the surrounding CT towns., and seems to give advice based upon these laws and his experience with them. I would highly recommend Attorney Gleason for any land-use issues.
