(July 24, 2018, 8:59 pm)I wanted to thank Phil Occhiboi for handling a few issues we recently had in our unit. Not only did he make sure the issues got resolved, he also followed up and kept us up to date. In addition, he assisted in making the renewal of our lease very easy, and addressed all our questions timely. The most important aspect for us living at Avalon is not having to worry about our apartment while my wife and I are at work, and thanks to Phil, our minds are at ease for anything we need. Also, I wanted to thank Raul and his team for there hard work.
(July 5, 2018, 9:44 am)Living at the Avalon Darien is extremely positive. The location is very convenient - within walking distance to the train station and a few shops. The staff at the leasing center are hard working, knowledgable, friendly, and great to deal with. The grounds are always clean and well-maintained. It's a great community that offers several amenities, including an outdoor pool, gym, squash courts and more!

(March 27, 2018, 9:06 pm)I recently toured Avalon Darien and I had a great experience. The leasing agent, Zach Bayles, provided exceptional service. Zach was very helpful and responsive about any questions that I had. Although I did not end up signing a lease with them due to personal factors, Avalon Darien seems like a pleasant place to live.
(March 6, 2018, 6:02 pm)Raul from maintenance is very professional and courteous when he responds to requests in my apartment. The maintenance team is always great. And Zach in the office helped so much when I moved in. They are always very responsive and helpful!
