“Just purchased my first several guns at Bob's and I received nothing but professional, courteous, and helpful assistance from the staff as well as surprisingly reasonable prices. Bob's was even gracious enough to allow me to use the $100 deposit I had made almost a year ago (but had until now been unable to redeem because the state took over 10 months to sign off on my permit... but that's another story) on a different gun entirely with no muss or fuss. I've been to Bob's several times now and, having visited most other gun stores in the area, I have to say Bob's is by far the most professional and courteous to its customers. Other gun stores in the area (not to name names) have ranged from mediocre to outright disappointing and insulting customer service, but Bob's has been a pleasant affair every time. I'm looking forward to my next visit already.”
