  I've been going to tony for over 15 years and he is the best. He and his staff are great. Easily the best personal training in CT.

  Tony gee is a god when it comes to personal training. Tony is a Titan of the industry and never ceases to amaze me. Easily best trainer in the world.

  I have been a personal training client of Tony Gee at Body Matrix since January 2002 and it has been the best money I have ever spent. His approach to strength training and wellness has resolved chronic back issues and helped me manage my diabetes and weight better than anyone else. He has also helped me recover from knee surgery and a fractured ankle to the point where they feel better than ever. I plan to be a Body Matrix client for life, as will my wife.
  
  In closing, I would highly recommend the entire staff at Body Matrix, namely Tony, Kathy & Lauren for your personal training needs.

  Tony has literally changed/ saved my life . With his help I have lost over 100 lbs and have more strength then I ever knew was possible , and Lauren is a rock star also she has has been training my wife for awhile and that’s going amazing . We couldn’t be happier
