We are new to town and Joe made us feel super welcome and went above and beyond making sure we received exactly what we wanted. We switched price ranges and colors and materials, and throughout the entire process Joe remained extremely patient and very responsive. We definitely intend to use them for all our future needs and recommend them unreservedly.

We renovated a modern farmhouse and needed window treatments. After comparing several companies, we went with Greenwich Shade and Blind. First, they were highly recommended to us. Second, their pricing was comparable to the other bids. But more importantly they were responsive. Joe was our contact and went beyond. He automatically demanded a reorder and expedited delivery of material that arrived damaged. Then after install, he asked to redo a section of shades that weren’t perfect....at no additional charge. From the lay person’s perspective, I didn’t even notice it. Regardless it was replaced in a timely manner and the end result are beautiful windows I love. Joe is honest, competent and a true professional. I would definitely use him again.
