  I absolutely love taking megaformer classes with Fiona. It’s a guaranteed full body burn in all the right places. Her energy is contagious, her cues are clear and she’s always there to help you get the most out of the moves/ class. Not to mention the music is always amazing!! which helps make the class fly by. I look forward to these workouts because they work and Fionas energy is on another level. Don’t think twice about it!

  I have been training with Fiona since January 2021. Not only is she an amazing trainer but she is also a wonderful human. Fiona takes the time to get to know you and curate a work out that is specific to your needs and goals. Her methods are intense yet fun and her personality makes the hard work worth all the pain. I have had numerous trainers over the years and hands down Fiona is the best!

  Fiona is the absolute best. She’s always on time and very professional. She caters her workouts to meet each individuals needs and will always modify something if it’s not working for you. Her workouts go by in a breeze and you always feel amazing and toned immediately after. Working out with Fiona is not only challenging but fun, which is exactly what you want your workouts to be. I recommend her to all my friends and you will too.
