Delamar Greenwich Harbor

We have been coming to The Delamar for years and the service is fabulous. They have champagne upon arrival, the front desk is exceptional and the gorgeous lobby has a coffee bar.

Located on the water, it is worth the upgrade to a room with a balcony overlooking the harbor. A fabulous spot to enjoy your morning coffee.

I am giving The Delamar 5 stars because I know its potential and the way things were prior to Covid, but the hotel is showing some wear, especially in the bathrooms. The coffee station on the 4th floor is no longer operational, and the we only had a verbal confirmation as there was a glitch with the computer system. All first world problems.

We have booked our trip back to The Delamar this November and look forward to a comfortable stay.

Michael the night attendant was absolutely amazing and accommodating to our wedding party. Recommend staying here due to the considerate staff. But bring alcohol for your stay cause Connecticut closes early/

Beautiful hotel with cheerful and helpful staff. They sold out of the smaller room we wanted, so we sprung for the Harbor View Suite - wow! It was a luxurious and relaxing experience, even for the 5 year old. The big standout was the staff, they all seemed eager to solve problems and help us enjoy our staff. Alexander was a huge help right off the bat, assisting us with a tricky reservation issue. Like every business in the service industry they are likely understaffed (as of Mar '22), but they don't seem stressed and all have a great attitude. Highly recommend

We have stayed here twice so far, taking a break before returning to PA. This hotel is beautiful and the cleanest hotel I have stayed in throughout the New England states. It is pet-friendly with a park next door. I feel so relaxed when I arrive and the onsite dining is delicious. After dinner, I like relaxing in the lobby , grabbing a cocoa or coffee.
