  I had such an amazing experience here at the BMW of Greenwich. My client advisor Gregg Scott ensured that I would leave there beyond satisfied. When I walked in I had an idea of what I wanted but I still was uncertain. Gregg was very patient with me and willing to make sure that I was fully satisfied with my purchase.
  
  I genuinely felt that he took the time to understand what I was looking for and worked extremely hard to find exactly what I wanted . After multiple test drives, spending time describing the benefits, and without worrying about closing time, Gregg and his manager made sure they spent as much time with me as needed. I was satisfied with my final choice . Professional, patient, and just a great person. All signs of great customer service!

  I cannot speak highly enough about my client advisor, Stephen Shaughnessy. He was extremely professional, attentive, patient and personable throughout my car buying process. It took 3 visits and 2 test drives before I finalized my car purchase decision, but I was always warmly welcomed by the receptionists and the other employees. I am very happy with my decision to purchase my first BMW from Stephen at the Greenwich dealership and I urge you to do the same, especially if you are tired of being ignored at some other car showrooms in the area like I was.

  I had such an exceptional experience at BMW of Greenwich with Al. Alfred LaFata helped me throughout the entire process and I highly recommend him. He truly was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and wanted to be sure I was getting behind the wheel of a vehicle I was very happy with. I am truly enjoying my new BMW and Al is the guy to go see if you’re walking into this dealership. Thank you Al!!!

I love my new car and couldn't be more pleased with my package. Mr. Forte helped me choose the right features for my vehicle, giving me peace of mind for the lease of my car. Finance Manager Rob DeFeo made the paperwork a breeze! It was a pleasure working with both gentlemen. I look forward to working with BMW of Greenwich again!

  This was such a wonderful experience! Everyone was professional and friendly and there was never any pressure. The associate, Al is HIGHLY recommended and treated me like family, checking in without being a nuisance like other dealers can be during car shopping. Thanks to this team I’ll definitely continue to be part of the BMW family!!
