If you have even thought maybe you might like to try brewing your own craft beer, or wine, or in my case mead (honey wine), you should take a walk around this place and talk to these guys. They are so friendly, they will answer any brewing question you throw at them, and they are very good at explaining (without talking down to) a total newbie. The equipment to start small is surprisingly affordable. They also let you taste the stuff they are working on in barrels in the store, or you can go next door and buy a glass of any of their products. I also noticed a cheese making kit on a shelf, which I have also wanted to try. Love this place!
(October 1, 2018, 5:12 pm)I have been coming here for over 10 years. Every single person that works here is friendly, and knowledgeable. If someone doesn’t know an answer, they find out, either right away, or get back to you with an answer. Mark and Tess are two of the nicest people I have ever met, and always go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Their prices are typically right on par with online prices, and you have it right then and there. You are also supporting a local business, and a great community!
(September 6, 2018, 5:40 pm)Friendly helpful staff and well stocked. Always a few beers and wines available to sample. Recommend timing your visit to coincide with the brewery hours next door.
