  Hutch and his crew are great and always willing to help if needed. Recently I lost my phone and was sure it was on the property but despite many efforts to locate, could not. Hutch continued to look for it while checking the property during his rounds and found it saving me a lot of frustration and money. The property is always clean and well maintained, it is nice to see such professionalism! Thank you.

  I entered into a storage space lease agreement with CubeSmart located at 873 Main Street in Monroe, Connecticut on October 22nd, 2018. Alex Kennedy assisted me with the entire process. She was very friendly and exhibited excellent communication skills over the telephone as well as in person. She informed me of the rates and clearly explained to me all of the details of the terms and conditions of the agreement in a manner that was easy for me to understand. She earned my trust and I developed a peace of mind as she assured me that my valuables would be safe and secure during a brief tour of the facility. I could tell that she enjoys her job and takes pride in her work as she was very thorough and professional. I also observed the courteous behavior that she displayed to other customers. She is a talented individual who is able to multi-task as she was able to tend to other customers while at the same time complete my transaction. I was very pleased with Alex’s level of service. She was a pleasure with which to work. She has a great attitude and exudes positive energy. I would definitely work with her again and would recommend anyone to patronize her Cubesmart location.

  Great experience, the manager is extremely friendly and welcoming. Very straight forward with the information, recomend it highly.

  Wonderful clerks with helpful advice, great personalities, and knowledgeable about their storage options. I'm storein and RV and was pleased to find a location with pull through spots on pavement.

  Very nice people to deal with, extremely clean facility. Hutch is the nicest person to work with on your storage solutions. I've now use this facility twice now and you couldn't ask for better service and a friendly guy. Truly, I just can't say enough about the quality of service and staff.
