(August 30, 2018, 9:39 am)Luis the new owner has been there for many years. He had worked with the previous owner and has continued the excellent customer service. He is affiliated with many insurance companies and represents them as a certified body shop. USAA Insurance has been using them for many years. New Fairfield Auto Body is fair and completes their work on or before the completion date. Their workmanship is excellent and the completed work is transparent to the client. It’s quite apparent when speaking with Luis that they are customer oriented. I highly recommend this small very personalized body shop in northern Fairfield county.

(March 11, 2016, 6:07 am)They painted my 1995 Eagle Talon TSI AWD and it came out great Toyota Pearl White with metallic flake! They also fixed the front bumper on my 2005 Mazda Miata and color blended the paint and installed a front license plate holder. A couple years back my 2002 Volkswagen Jetta had a cracked mirror they painted and replaced, they only charged me $20 dollars. We also had an 2013 Infiniti G35x that had discoloration on the side of it and they painted it and color blended it so it looked brand new! They even went as far as painting a gas tank for one my my fathers motorcycles that also came out great! I recently scratched the rear bumper on my 2016 Subaru WRX STi and I plan on bringing it there for repair, I will probably call them today! These guys are great don't hesitate to have them repair your car! Woody and Luis are great guys and they fix your car for a great price. I swear by this business. They are good people.

(April 21, 2014, 11:35 pm)My car got slammed on 684 by a kicked up 2x4, blew apart my windshield, they had the car towed to them and kept me fully updated, car was done in 2 days, great work, great communication. I highly recommend them.!
