Absolutely amazing place! The atmosphere inside is so beautiful and full of love. Aline’s teaching method is very gentle yet still a great workout.
This little yoga studio is full of heart and soul. Aline and all of the teachers have created a very special place to practice yoga in a very loving and supportive community.
NYC is an amazing place to practice yoga. I'm grateful for Aline and the rest of the teachers who have made this such a loving & welcoming community!
It's a gracious welcoming experience for beginners to advanced yoga. There is time and lovely space for practice in this community. The first class is free so you can check it out for yourselves.
