Joe helped me recover from a knee injury that left me unable to play soccer. We set a plan and we’re able to get the knee straight relatively quickly. From there we slowly built up the strength and I was able to get back on the field without any lingering issues or needing to have knee surgery. I've been working with Joe for the past few months for a shoulder injury. His approach to our work felt so very personal: he listened to my injury story and history; we did movements in the gym; he identified the pain areas; we assembled strengthening exercises.

He followed up with me each day (through our shared app) to make certain that I was doing the exercises, but also to make sure that the exercises weren't exacerbating the injury

Three months later: my shoulder injury is basically gone. I am in maintenance mode.

I had reached out to Joe after I had sprained my ankle causing a High Ankle Sprain. He was honest from the start sharing it was an injury that would involve some time and patience on my part. Joe shared a number of exercises for me to complete each week, an approachable routine, and shared expectations of how I should feel. He was consistent with checking in and ultimately just wanted my injury better. Joe is extremely knowledgeable & truly cares about each client he works with. After completing a few weeks of strengthening exercises my ankle has improved significantly.

Joe has been a tremendous help with my various issues. He is thoughtful and analytical and patient. His exercise plan changes frequently to conform to what’s working/what’s not.
