(October 16, 2023, 4:29 pm)I have been training BJJ for over 15 years and was fortunate enough to receive my Black Belt from Marcio Stambowsky and the Gracie Sports team a few years back. I can say with 100% confidence that I would not be the person I am today without the great instructors and staff at Gracie Sports USA. Even as someone who trains at one of the affiliate locations, they always make sure I feel like part of the family when I visit the Norwalk and Fairfield schools. I cannot imagine a better place to learn and train BJJ than Gracie Sports USA!

(October 14, 2023, 2:24 pm)I recommend to all young men (and women too really), Brazilian Jujitsu is an incredible way to gain confidence, learn incredibly useful self-defense skills and get a great workout.
The instructors at Gracie Sports are highly qualified and they take such an interest in their students development. They are positive, friendly and interested in helping each student.
Jujitsu is a life skill with innumerable benefits and I can’t imagine a better group than the Gracie Norwalk team to coach and train the journey. -

I’ve grown not just as a grappler, but as a person and this gym has always been a home of some sorts, no matter how long my breaks from training are.
