Laura’s Draperies was professional and timely. Connie came to our Condo and carefully measured for new luminettes. Gave us an honest estimate of cost. We met her the next day in Norwalk to pick fabric and finalize purchase. The installation was flawless. Our installer, Michael followed all our condo rules.
I would use them again. They were proactive to make sure the process ran smoothly. Don’t shop anywhere else. Deserve 10 stars!!!

Sandra has helped us with several window treatments over the past 10 years. The Hunter Douglas Silhouettes are absolutely beautiful. We were so pleased that we recently asked her to help us with window treatments for our four pane sliding glass doors. Sandra gave us several options and then helped us choose the Sihouettes with a room darkening shade. They are beautiful!

I also greatly appreciate her wonderful customer service over the years. Anytime I called she remembered me and was ready to help. When one of the Silhouettes needed a repair, she told us that it was covered under warranty. The blinds were shipped and repaired at no cost to me.They were returned as good as new.
