  I have learned to make good choices, I have become physically fit and I have become a better person by attending Karate Universe. Before Karate Universe I would sit on the couch watching TV or playing video games all day long. Now I come home from school and go to karate class. I think karate has helped me make better choices for my life. I now choose to do more outdoor activities like riding my bike. I thank Karate Universe for keeping me off the computer and video games and preventing me from getting fat and lazy. I thank all the instructors and masters for helping me make good choices and keeping me active.

  We were hesitant about karate, but when my son expressed interest a few years ago, we researched multiple facilities; references and reviews brought us to Karate Universe. He started at karate as just another activity, but the overall approach Karate Universe takes has made karate a critical foundation for our son's overall development. The emphasis on building strong character, developing leadership skills, and maximizing personal strengths for the good, have been guiding principles that have been paramount, influencing in his behavior at school, other sports and activities, but also his goals for the future. The instructors and management are true professionals and understand the impact they have. We have been more than impressed, we are grateful for what they do and the impact they have.

  Karate Universe has influenced my life in many ways. First I would like to thank Master Spiros for running such a great academy. For the past three years, Master Dean has taught me so much. I would like to thank him for being a great teacher and friend. No matter how my day is going, I can go to Karate Universe and see Master Dean and have a great time.

  We would like to thank you both for teaching our kids not only martial arts and self defense but some very very valuable life lessons, which they will keep and cherish though out their lives. We can't thank you enough for all the values, beliefs and discipline that Karate Universe has engraved in our kids. I still remember, my first visit and our goal from karate class was to get the kids more organized, responsible and focused. Karate Universe has taught them not only that but much much more than that.
