  Autumn Lake in Norwalk is simply lovely. The employees are warm, the care is exceptional and the management is outstanding. The receptionists are friendly, the nursing team is helpful, plus the Administrator always follows through on her word, which is so refreshing and appreciated! Thank you, Autumn Lake, for topnotch service!

  Autumn Lake has been the nicest rehab after my mother's hospital stay. The care and staff have been exceptional.

  My wife was here and the therapy was tops. The staff really seemed to care about us. Her roommate was pleasant and they became friendly during her stay. She said the food was decent, better than she was expecting. I'd send her back here or come here myself if ever needed.
