  Beautiful views and fun for the whole family. Only thing I would suggest is don’t take a small child on a 2 person kayak. Makes it impossible to row. Would be better to put the small child at the front of a single person kayak.

  Seriously one of the funnest things you can do on water! We went here when we were bored, and really wanted to SUP again. It's easy to get out and go. It's a great way to get out for an hour and see the area from a different perspective!
  
  The staff here is amazing, and made renting boards about as easy as humanly possible. Good vibes, and great attitudes. I feel like more people in Fairfield County should take note of this.
  
  If you are in the area and have an hour or two, I'd recommend giving standup paddle boards a try. I feel like not too many people know that gems like this exist in the area. Also, it's a great date idea! If you don't have someone to do it with, it's not worth doing!
  
  PRO TIP: To get there, walk through the restaurant/market place, and it's right below it when you walk out the back door.

  Beautiful spot with nice calm water for beginners, and Long Island Sound is a short paddle away for the more adventurous. We had a wonderful day observing schools of fish, egrets and osprey and other shore birds. Definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for either paddle boarding or kayaking in the area.
