“Great company! I had a problem with my double oven a week before thanksgiving. The one oven wasn't working. Anytime appliance came to check it out. The serviceman was very professional and well spoken. He called 1/2 hour before arriving so I could actually run errands instead of sitting home waiting for him for 2 hours. After checking out the oven, he determined the relay board had to be replaced. Unfortunately, the oven company didn't make this part anymore. I was getting a little worried because thanksgiving was around the corner. The owner, Chuck, called me to report that he had found a rebuilt relay board and could have it shipped to him within a couple of days. He was very sensitive to the fact that it was right before thanksgiving. He got the part and personally installed it himself, all within a 4 day period. He was diligent about keeping me updated throughout the process and made a huge effort to deliver excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company! ”

“What can I say... wow! After we (stupidly!) cut our brand new couch when opening the box, we thought its newness was ruined. Kostas was able to work his magic and add new material to the damaged area and make it brand new again. Honestly, I keep looking at it wondering how it was done. It's seriously perfect. That aside, Kostas is a really genuine guy, he was always incredibly polite, friendly and helpful and wasn't out to take advantage of us and our situation. He really wanted to make sure we were happy with the result. The team on the phone in the office were always a delight to deal with.
