  I can't say enough good things about Russell's Carpet, along with the quality of work, quality of carpet, and the customer service we received from Herb! Our family was on a tight deadline with a carpet replacement for converting an office to a bedroom. The matter was further complicated by us needing to treat the wood floor under the original carpet due to some foster kitty "accidents" in that room. Herb gave us a very reasonable quote, which included a nice, high-quality remnant; moving several pieces of furniture around; and keeping the carpet removal separate from the carpet install process due to the floor treatment that we needed to handle. He and his team did an amazing job with our tight turnaround time and a high-quality install job of high-quality carpet that came out really nicely!!!

  I had a great experience with Herbie, Annie and the team from Russell's from beginning to end. Expert advice, competitive pricing, and a courteous and professional installation team that actually asked if they could come to clear and install a few days EARLY! Very sympathetic to social distancing, friendly and respectful! Easily the best carpet company in Ridgefield, no need to look further!

  We’ve used Russell’s in the past for area rugs and they’re always friendly and have a great selection to choose from, so when we bought our home and needed to rip up old basement carpet we knew who to call!
  
  I was nervous about in person shopping and install because of Covid, and they couldn’t have been more understanding - sending photos and talking through selections then making sure we were the only ones in the showroom when we came to look at materials. Plus, the installers were always very respectful and wearing masks whenever I went down to see how things were coming along (we’ve been renovating and that is definitely not always the case!)
  
  We couldn’t be more happy with the quality of work and the customer service we received for our 1/2 carpet 1/2 vinyl basement. Will be back when it’s time for a new stair runner!

  These guys are the nicest I've come across in the industry and couldn't be further from the typical pushy salespeople. They really bent over backwards to find what my wife and I were looking for within our budget. The product was backordered, but we were willing to wait and their guys completed the install the same week they received the materials. They turned what used to be an ordinary staircase into a beautiful entry focal point.
