“The staff was wonderful and always ready to help, not only my mother in law, but the family as well! When my mother in law was in her last moments of life, she was wonderfully taken care of until her final moment and afterwards. As for myself and my family we were allowed to be by her side 24/7! The staff was amazing to us and even made sure that we were not forgetting to eat and even take breaks to get some fresh air and sun while they were watching over her like a hawk. Sometimes they even brought food in for us! I can't say enough good things about our experience with this facility during our very difficult time! Even during our difficult times the staff always made sure that we were actually happy! Whether it be through the care she was receiving or the smiles and interaction with the staff, we always felt comfort, happiness and peace within the facility! ”

The product selection is extensive, high quality and beautiful and is nicely displayed in a pleasant setting that provides several lighting options. Maria (Duoro Granite) provided the same level of professionalism, expertise, customer service and knowledge. Anyone who has ever gone through new construction and/or renovation knows how stressful, confusing, expensive and difficult it can be especially without a professional designer. Everyone at both of the Douro shops made this portion of our kitchen renovation pleasant and easy while providing design advice and process guidance.”

“Great experience and excellent customer service. I had an old iPhone 7 sitting in a draw at home after being completely submerged in water. I tried everything to get the phone to work so I can save my pictures, contacts, notes, and other stuff from the phone. When everything failed I took it to Mobile Rescue, the girls greeted me right away and were extremely attentive. They were very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and were able to restore all of my data without any problems!! I also purchased a tempered glass and a case for my new iPhone X! If I ever have any technology issues or questions I will 100% return to these ladies and I recommend anyone to do the same!!”
